About Our Client

Job Description

• Develop and maintain an overall testing framework, including scope, testing cycles, environment requirements, test data strategies, and entry/exit criteria.
• Create detailed test plans and coordinate execution activities with technical leads, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and manage defect management processes, including prioritization, severity classifications, resolution tracking, and retesting activities.
• Ensure testing environments and required test data are available, validated, and fit for purpose throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting on test progress, coverage, defect status, quality metrics, and residual risks.
• Support release and deployment decision-making through clear test readiness assessments and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, lessons learned, standardized processes, and opportunities for test automation.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Test Manager Should Have

• Demonstrated experience managing testing activities within complex enterprise technology programs, including integration and migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of test management methodologies, quality assurance practices, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard testing and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, qTest, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze testing metrics and provide actionable insights to support delivery decisions.
