Job Summary

Precision Laser Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain company documents while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient document control processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and maintain high documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain business and operational documents.
• Ensure document accuracy, version control, and regulatory compliance.
• Organize and manage digital and physical document filing systems.
• Coordinate document approvals and distribution across departments.
• Monitor document revisions and maintain document control records.
• Support internal audits by providing accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve documentation processes and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
