Prepare executive-level presentations: design, format, and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Translate complex IT project updates, KPIs, risks, and milestones into easy-to-understand visuals and narratives.
Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate project communication.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Support risk and issue management by maintaining logs and tracking resolutions.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
Requirement:
Proven minimal 5 years experience in IT project administration or coordination
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in project management such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle, and technical terminology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
