• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned enterprise applications to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Coordinate, track and follow up on incidents, service requests, and problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate routine system maintenance activities, including scheduled maintenance windows and patch deployments.

• Support routine operational and security activities, including Operating System (OS) patching, privileged account reviews, and other IT operational hygiene activities.

• Coordinate vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) activities with application vendors and track the timely closure of findings.

• Follow up on security advisories and coordinate the assessment and remediation of affected systems, where applicable.
