Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering activities across equipment, processes, automation systems, and product assembly operations.
• Lead and develop a team of engineering professionals and technical specialists to ensure robust process controls and sustainable production performance.
• Establish and continuously enhance manufacturing workflows to achieve high standards of quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Champion initiatives focused on cost optimization, yield enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Drive facility planning, production layout design, automation strategy, and workforce planning to maximize throughput and resource utilization.
• Oversee performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring continuous capability enhancement and capacity readiness.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on product requirements, design-for-manufacturing alignment, and engineering change implementation.
• Lead early-stage engagement for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth transition from development to full-scale production.
• Apply structured risk assessment tools and data-driven methodologies to identify process vulnerabilities and forecast manufacturing requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 9 years’ progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing complex production environments and driving measurable operational improvements.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing systems, automation, process engineering, and quality methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering initiatives to broader business objectives.
