Company Overview

Eurasia Interior Products is a specialist distributor and installer of premium decorative and acoustic solutions for commercial and hospitality projects across Singapore and the region.

We work closely with architects, designers, developers and contractors to deliver distinctive, technically demanding projects.

As the business expands into larger projects and new product categories, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our costing and procurement capabilities.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for preparing accurate project costings and supporting the commercial success of our projects.

You will perform quantity take-offs, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepare cost estimates, and work closely with our sales and project teams. You will also coordinate purchasing and material deliveries after projects are awarded.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation

• Review architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and calculate material requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, installers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare detailed project costings, including materials, labour, freight and other related costs.
• Review costings with the sales team and apply approved margins.
• Identify potential costing risks or missing scope before quotations are issued.

Procurement and Logistics

• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate orders with local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier production schedules and material lead times.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and courier companies.
• Track material deliveries and keep the project team informed of delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate costing, purchasing and shipping records.

Commercial Support

• Assist with invoices and supporting documents for project payment milestones.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Assist management in reviewing project profitability upon completion.

Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Careful, organised and able to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying, estimating or procurement.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out or building materials is preferred.
• Able to read architectural drawings and perform quantity take-offs accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A proactive team player who follows through on outstanding matters.

Salary: S$3,500–S$4,500 per month, depending on experience
Location: Bugis, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, five-day work week
