The Job:
Supervise and monitor site supervisory team on the quality and progress so as to meet the programme as required in the project.
Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are adequate to meet the programme
Attend site meetings, internal meetings and external meetings as required by project manager
Ensure proper environmental & safety conduct and standards of all site operations
Requirements:
Higher Certificate or above in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in site supervision including minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory level
Good supervisory skill, strong management, logical thinking, organization skill, communication and problem-solving skills,
Strong leadership, ability to foster team spirits and solve project problems
