Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage to minimize wastage.
• Maintain site records, reports, attendance, and daily progress updates.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
