1. Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled inspections on CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs, storage, UPS, and network equipment)
• Conduct system health checks, firmware updates, and configuration verification
• Test recording, playback, and backup functionality
• Document all maintenance activities with proper reports

2. Corrective Maintenance

• Respond to system faults and incidents within SLA timelines
• Troubleshoot CCTV, NVR, storage, and network-related issues
• Replace faulty components (camera, HDD, power supply, network devices)
• Verify system functionality after repair and complete incident reporting

3. Monitoring & Support

• Monitor system performance and alerts during assigned shift
• Escalate complex issues to engineers or remote support team
• Maintain proper communication with helpdesk and service coordinator

4. Requirements For L1 Technician

• 1 year experience in CCTV / ELV / cabling / IT support
• Basic knowledge of IP networking (IP address, PoE, switches)
• Familiar with CCTV systems (Hikvision / Dahua / ONVIF is a plus)
• Able to perform installation, inspection, and basic troubleshooting
• Willing to work on rotating shifts

5. Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work in 3 rotating shifts (Monday – Friday)
• Able to work overtime when required
• Possess own transport (preferred)
• Willing to work at Technology Park Malaysia (Bukit Jalil)

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
