About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join MANISEKARA LOGISTICS SDN BHD in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This is a full-time position responsible for handling the company's accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting daily finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain petty cash records
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reports
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit document preparation
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
