About the Roles

Join a building construction company as a Project Coordinator based in Kampong Ubi, working a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6PM) in a permanent position. This role offers a competitive salary of $3,500 – $4,000 plus AWS, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in project coordination within the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and participate in project and site meetings to ensure alignment across teams
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication
• Assist in organizing progress meetings and follow up on outstanding issues
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental standards at the work site
• Coordinate daily site operations and construction activities
• Track project timelines, identify risks, and provide regular updates to management
• Review manpower allocation, schedules, and resource planning
• Monitor overall project performance and highlight areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all site stakeholders
• Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Support planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring activities for ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with various stakeholders
• Good organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage tasks efficiently
