• Position : Accounts Assistant (AP / AR / Training Provided)

• Location : Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)

• Working hours : 5 Working day (Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + AWS

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aviation

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and update daily accounting transactions.

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.

• Process invoices, payments, customer billings, staff claims and reimbursements.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare journals, schedules and basic financial checks.

• Support GST, tax and other finance filing requirements.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of accounting, finance or bookkeeping experience will be advantageous.

• Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in transaction records
