The Project Architect is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgetown, Penang. You will lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, and successful project delivery.

• Lead architectural projects through all stages of design and construction.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant information.
• Manage statutory submissions and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Chair site coordination meetings and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Maintain design intent, quality, programme, and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

• Malaysian citizen with relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and Malaysian building regulations.
• Experience coordinating consultants, technical documentation, and statutory submissions.
• Good project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Registered Architect with LAM, or actively pursuing registration, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• A portfolio demonstrating both design excellence and technical competency.
