岗位职责

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Assign delivery tasks and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accurate fulfilment.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
  • Train and guide new warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
