The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

We seek a servant leader who serves with humility and a genuine heart for people, building strong relationships through integrity, compassion, and love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, payroll support, and HR data management.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing, verify employee records, attendance and leave information, and liaise with payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and databases are updated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee insurance, medical benefits, welfare programmes, and other employee-related benefits.
  • Support training administration, including course registration, funding applications, and training grant submissions.
  • Process statutory claims and government-paid leave schemes, including childcare leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, shared parental leave, and levy waivers.
  • Assist in employee engagement, wellness, and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Support HR audits, MOM surveys, NCSS submissions, government reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle HR-related enquiries professionally and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvements, HR digitalisation initiatives, and HRIS enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments on payroll, cost allocation, budgeting, and other cross-functional HR matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the charity, social service, or non-profit sector.
  • Experience in payroll administration and familiarity with statutory requirements and government-paid leave schemes will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
  • A servant leader who serves with humility, integrity, compassion, and love.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.
