About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Associate SystemSupport Engineer to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal forfresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionateabout IoT, networking, software, and technology.

You will work closely with our engineers to support the deployment,maintenance, and troubleshooting of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Smart Buildingsolutions. On-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellentopportunity to build a career in system integration and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in the installation,configuration, and commissioning of IoT devices, gateways, sensors, and edgecomputers.

·        Provide first-level technicalsupport for deployed systems and customer enquiries.

·        Perform system health checks,troubleshooting, and issue resolution remotely or onsite.

·        Assist in softwareinstallation, system configuration, and firmware updates.

·        Support testing, UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), and system validation activities.

·        Monitor system performance andprepare basic technical reports and documentation.

·        Work with internal engineeringteams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

·        Support preventive maintenanceand routine servicing of deployed systems.

·        Assist in project deploymentactivities and site coordination when required.

·        Maintain accurate records ofsupport activities and service reports.

·        Participate in standby orafter-office-hours support when required (on a rotational basis).

Requirements

·        Diploma or Degree in ComputerEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or arelated discipline.

·        Fresh graduates are welcome toapply.

·        Candidates with 1–2 years oftechnical support or system engineering experience will have an advantage.

·        Basic understanding ofnetworking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet).

·        Basic knowledge of Windows andLinux operating systems is preferred.

·        Familiarity with IoTtechnologies, MQTT, serial communication (RS232/RS485), or databases is anadvantage but not required.

·        Willing to travel to customersites within Singapore when required.

·        Possess a positive attitude,willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.

·        Good communication skills andability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills(Good to Have)

·        Basic programming knowledge(Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar).

·        Experience with SQL databases.

·        Knowledge of cloud platformssuch as Azure or AWS.

·        Experience with Node-RED,Docker, or virtualization.

·        Familiarity with industrialcommunication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, or LoRaWAN.
