Job Summary

You will lead planning and operations to ensure timely, quality project delivery. Coordinate teams and subcontractors, manage costs and compliance, and oversee site activities to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project progress to maintain schedule adherence and meet deadlines
• Execute project operations following schedule and specifications to ensure quality outcomes
• Control operational costs to keep the project within budget constraints
• Organize and maintain site documentation, filing, and records for accurate project tracking
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards
• Monitor workplace safety and health regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Oversee quality control to ensure project deliverables meet all requirements and regulations
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion deadlines effectively
• Provide leadership to project management and construction teams to enhance performance
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution
