Minimum 2 years of construction site management experience.

Familiar with construction site operations and safety regulations.

Able to supervise workers and subcontractors on site.

Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Relevant construction certificates (e.g. BCSS, WSH Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Work at Height, or other related certifications) will be an advantage.
