With a portfolio of internationally renowned conferences and industry gatherings, the organisation plays a pivotal role in shaping conversations, partnerships, and innovation within emerging technologies. They are now seeking an experienced Ecosystem Lead to drive strategic ecosystem growth and strengthen relationships across global technology communities.

Your Role
As the Ecosystem Lead, you will be responsible for developing, scaling, and nurturing a global network of ecosystem partners, founders, developers, investors, and community leaders. You will build strong relationships with leading Web3 projects, blockchain protocols, AI research labs, technology companies, DAOs, and developer communities. The position will also oversee ecosystem engagement initiatives, side events, hackathons, networking programs, and community activations surrounding major industry events. In addition, you will collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing initiatives, facilitate investor and founder connections, gather ecosystem insights to inform event strategies, and ensure a seamless experience for key stakeholders during global conferences and summits.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 7+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, developer relations, community management, partnership development, or related functions within the Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, or deep technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, including blockchain infrastructure, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, DeFi, DePIN, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, decentralized AI, and emerging technology trends.
• An established network of founders, venture capital investors, ecosystem partners, and community leaders within the global technology sector.
• Experience participating in, managing, or supporting large-scale technology conferences, community events, hackathons, or ecosystem programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• High emotional intelligence, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
• A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive ecosystem initiatives independently.
