Responsibilities
Requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to define AI and digital platform strategies that support business transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable and secure solution architectures for AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, and enterprise platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance on Generative AI, knowledge retrieval frameworks, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term sustainability.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend appropriate approaches, including platform adoption, custom development, and third-party solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate across teams to align architecture decisions, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote architecture best practices, reusable design patterns, and standards across projects.
- Support the transition of AI initiatives from proof of concept to enterprise-scale production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms and transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and modern AI solution architectures.
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and systems integrations.
- Experience working within Regulated environments with strong governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, investment, or wealth management environments are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, model lifecycle management, and Enterprise AI platforms are preferred.
