Requirements

Higher Diploma or above.

Attainment of IIQE papers 1, 2 and 3 is a must.

Attainment of HKSI papers 1, 7 and 8 will be preferred.

Prior experience in direct sales, customer services or related roles in retail banking or financial institutions is required. Candidates with 1 year or above relevant experience will definitely be an advantage.

Customer centric, self-motivated and resilient under pressure.

Eager to learn, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is a plus.
