Your Impact

You will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering procurement insights, dashboard reporting and governance across a global organisation.

Working with platforms including SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow, you will transform complex procurement data into actionable insights that drive better decision-making, improve operational performance and strengthen governance outcomes. You will play a key role in advancing reporting capabilities, driving automation and enabling a data-driven procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Analytics and Reporting team of 5-10 specialists
• Deliver procurement dashboards, KPI reporting and actionable business insights.
• Drive data quality, governance, compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Utilise SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow to optimise reporting and performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and business outcomes

About You

• Proven experience leading teams within procurement operations, analytics, reporting, shared services or business intelligence environments.
• Strong expertise in dashboard reporting, KPI development, data analysis and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow.
• Advanced Excel, reporting and data visualisation skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, controls, compliance and audit requirements.
• Proven success driving automation, process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
