Key Responsibilities:

1.Quality System Development

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and applications using technologies such as C#, Python, Delphi, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Develop system enhancements and automation solutions to improve quality management processes and operational efficiency.

2.Application Support & System Maintenance

• Take ownership of assigned applications and systems by ensuring stable operation, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Perform system maintenance, bug fixes, performance optimization, and production support.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Equipment Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Integration, Module Engineering, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through system enhancements and digital transformation projects.

4.Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure application quality through code reviews, documentation, and adherence to development standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Python, Delphi, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong SQL skills for database development, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git and collaborative development practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications, web-based systems, and system integration solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, data analysis, algorithms, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with quality management systems or digital quality solutions is preferred.
• Semiconductor manufacturing system experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
