Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed Health Consultant/Wellness Consultant to join our team, based in Bangsar & Regen Rehab Hospital. You will be working closely with clients enrolled in our clinically proven wellness program to ensure they achieve their health goals effectively and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through our well-structured health program, ensuring full understanding and adherence to all ground rules and protocols
• Monitor and track the progress of assigned clients regularly using structured tools and reporting systems
• Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews with clients to evaluate progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments
• Provide personalised guidance and program tuning to meet individual client needs
• Offer ongoing mindset coaching and motivation to help clients stay engaged, positive, and committed throughout their journey
• Work collaboratively with the wider team (including rehab and medical professionals) to ensure holistic support for clients

Requirement:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy or related field
• Basic knowledge of common medications, experience in health coaching, weight management, or clinical nutrition is an added advantage
• Can work individual and team.
