About the Role

We are looking for motivated and responsible Production Operators to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing company. This role involves operating production equipment, supporting manufacturing processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a career in the semiconductor industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform assembly, inspection, and handling of semiconductor products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct basic machine checks and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night Shift).
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
