Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for highly passionate and responsible teachers to join our learning centre as IBDP and IGCSE Math teachers. The successful candidate shall be tasked to deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our curriculum and pedagogy, as well as establish relationships with our students to inspire loyalty and learning progress.

• 40 hour work-week, with 2 off days a week (1 week-day and 1 weekend).
• Small class size: 1 to 1~5.
• Teaching materials provided.
• Bonus structure even for teachers!

Responsibilities:

• Execute lesson plans for IBDP or IGCSE level Math programmes.
• Develop lesson materials and provide feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in academic results.
• Engage students and help them realise their potential.
• Assist in curriculum development and review of academic curriculums.
• The setting of examination/assessment papers and assignments (question papers, resit papers and answer keys).
• Invigilate, mark and record exams/assessments results.
• Will be assigned moderation duties for other modules.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching Maths at IBDP and IGCSE levels.
• Familiar with International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably major in related disciplines).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• At least two years of experience in teaching related subjects.
• Experience in teaching in a multilingual environment and academic assessment.
• Able to conduct online lessons using Zoom etc, and familiar with software applications and productivity tools.
