Job Summary

Lead BIM management efforts during construction stages by developing and implementing BIM execution plans and company deployment frameworks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive integrated digital delivery and virtual design construction for successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans for construction stage projects to ensure effective BIM integration and project delivery
• Establish and maintain BIM processes, procedures, and frameworks aligned with company standards and project requirements
• Manage BIM coordination and collaboration across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines
• Utilize Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools to produce accurate and coordinated BIM models
• Apply Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies to enhance project workflows and outcomes
• Lead BIM Company Deployment Plan initiatives to institutionalize BIM practices across projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through presentations, written reports, and verbal discussions to facilitate collaboration and project alignment
• Work independently and as part of a team to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining high motivation and professionalism

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification in BIM Management
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a recognized equivalent accredited by PEB / BOA Singapore or acceptable to the OIC

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with strong proficiency in BIM software
• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience during construction stages with a proven track record delivering at least two Project BIM Execution Plans
