Job Summary

You will manage and coordinate large-scale civil, structural, geotechnical, and M&E construction projects, ensuring multi-disciplinary integration and resolving interfacing issues to deliver complex infrastructure works efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects by coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Lead multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages to resolve interfacing and integration issues effectively
• Analyze project challenges and apply problem-solving skills to maintain project progress and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels through clear interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
• Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support project updates and stakeholder engagement
• Utilize MS Office tools proficiently to document and report project status and progress
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in fast-paced project environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction of civil, structural, geotechnical, or mechanical & electrical works for projects of similar scale and complexity
• Experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a recognized equivalent accreditation accepted by PEB/BOA Singapore or OIC
