Responsibilities

• Build out a next generation research platform that is leveraged by our quant researchers for alpha and strategy research
• Develop systems for production trading and portfolio management
• Team up with quant researchers to directly improve the performance of our models and crypto trading strategy
• Implement advanced machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
• Collaborate closely with a team of exceptional quant developers that play a crucial role across our entire systematic trading pipeline, learn from your peers and industry experts, and help others on the team succeed
• Push your work to production and receive immediate performance feedback
• Become a core contributor to our trading strategy and research platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Exceptional software design and development skills in Python, C++ or other OOP language
• Prior internships or full-time work experience that demonstrate your ability to architect and implement software systems to solve real-world problems
• Basic knowledge of machine learning methods or statistical modeling techniques; advanced knowledge is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud environments and Linux
• Versatile problem-solving skills, and a drive to succeed
• Desire to learn continuously and increase your impact
• Ability to work closely with other quant developers in a highly collaborative environment
• Knowledge of financial markets or the crypto industry is a plus but not required – we will invest in the right candidate
