Lab Test Engineer / Engineer Assistant - European MNC
1 year contract renewable with benefits
Salary: $5000 max - Engineer / $4000 max - Engineer Assistant
5 days work week (Mon-Fri)

Job Scope:
Engineer -
The Test Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing laboratory testing activities to verify material performance, quality and compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. The role oversees test preparation, test execution, data analysis, and reporting while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Engineer Assistant -
The Test Engineer Assistant is responsible for preparing test specimens, setting up and conducting laboratory tests, monitoring test activities, performing post-test evaluations, and preparing basic test reports. The role also supports laboratory safety and quality management systems through accurate preparation, maintenance, and control of test datasheets, safety documentation, and quality records.

Key Responsibilities for both positions:

o   Plan and execute laboratory test programs. 

o   Perform test preparation, setup, and execution activities. 

o   Monitor test performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity. 

o   Analyse test results and provide recommendations. 

o   Prepare technical reports and customer deliverables. 

o   Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. 

o   Support continuous improvement of testing methods, equipment, and laboratory processes. 

o   Collaborate with internal teams and customers to achieve project objectives.
