• Position : Sales Admin (Logistics documentation)
• Location : Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary of $3,000–$3,300 per month + AWS + 12-15 days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing / Hospitality Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
• Process sales orders and update customers on delivery status
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
• Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and sales admin tasks
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, factories and service providers on order status and shipment updates (as needed)
• Coordinate basic shipping and delivery documentation and scheduling (training provided if required)
• Support ad hoc coordination duties related to customer orders and fulfilment

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, logistics coordination or a related administrative role.
• Exposure to shipping, delivery documentation or freight forwarding is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
