Work location: 102E PASIR PANJANG ROAD #02-08 CITILINK WAREHOUSE COMPLEX SINGAPORE 118529
Working day & hour: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri) - (Mon-Thurs: 8am to 6pm, Fri: 8am to 5pm)
Salary: $2,200-$2,500/month
Job Description
* Generating sales quotations
* Processing Order
*Tracking POs, delivery and ensuring AR collection timely received
*Issuing internal memos
*Coordinate with delivery executive for timely delivery of products
*Handling daily incoming/ outgoing emails & customer’s enquiries
*Generate monthly report tracking on customers sales revenue of the respective key banner.
*Ad-hoc duty assign by Management.
Job Requirement
*Minimum “O” level or equivalent.
*At least 1-year working experience.
*Computer literate.
*Proficient in MS Office(Outlook,Excel,Work,PPT).
*Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
*Able to start work immediately or short notice.
