Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site safety policies, engineering standards, and project requirements.
• Lead and supervise the site team, providing clear guidance to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, workers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues proactively, and ensure timely completion of works.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.
• Willing to learn new things and be innovative in solving issues for our clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge of piping systems, including the ability to read and interpret isometric drawings.
• Familiar with different welding methods, including TIG, ARC, MIG, and brazing.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E works and the ability to solve site issues.
