-Run the kiosk smoothly from opening to closing
-Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
-Supervise food preparation, cooking, and fast service during peak hours
-Hire, train, and coach kiosk crew members
-Make staff shift schedules and manage work rosters
-Handle cash registers, daily sales closing, and banking reconciliations
-Order snack ingredients, packaging, and stock supplies
-Manage inventory, stock ordering, and food cost control  
-Drive daily sales performance and operational efficiency, especially during peak hours
