About Us:
In response to strategic business needs and expansion, EDPS Executive is an additional executive arm of EDPS (EA License No. 78592). Founded in 1974, EDPS stands as the premier provider of IT contract staffing solutions in Hong Kong, boasting a long-standing history and esteemed reputation. We are privileged to have been chosen by the Government of HKSAR as one of the largest and most enduring suppliers of IT contract staffing services for nearly 50 years.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain application servers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and system compatibility.
Partner with vendors to design, plan, and implement application systems and infrastructure solutions.
Provide ongoing support for system administration, maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting across:
Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Exchange
Cisco Firewalls and Barracuda Anti-Spam Firewall
End-user devices (PCs) and network equipment
Proactively monitor and identify potential system and network issues, implementing preventive measures where necessary.
Maintain system security and data integrity, including backup execution, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
Prepare technical documentation such as reports, system designs, implementation proposals, and user guides.
Deliver helpdesk support, technical assistance, system administration, and user training to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in server, network, and firewall configuration and deployment.
Strong technical expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, including: Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, virtualization technologies, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Email security solutions
Proven track record in delivering high-quality IT projects and assignments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
Relevant IT certifications are preferred; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
