Our Account Management Academy Program is a fast-track career development pathway designed to develop high-potential individuals into accomplished Account Management Specialists.
This programme offers a rare opportunity to build a meaningful career in insurance broking, with a specialisation in Employee Benefits or General Insurance for international and local corporate clients.
Programme Structure:
Onboarding & Training
Successful candidates will begin with a comprehensive 12-week training programme , equipping them with the knowledge, technical skills, and professional expertise needed to excel in account management.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the training programme, candidates will be placed within the Account Management Team at one of the following levels:
Account Executive
Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of employee benefits programmes for existing and prospective clients.
Conduct comprehensive benefits analyses, including claims analyses, budget projections, and benchmarking studies.
Support end-to-end project management activities, including:
Monitoring progress against project plans
Resolving project issues at the appropriate levels
Keeping relationship managers and team members informed of pertinent developments
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accurate, equitable, and timely administration of employee benefit programmes.
Collaborate with the sales team and product development team as part of the broader organisational strategy.
Contribute to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Company's consulting tools and processes.
Manage an assigned client portfolio (applicable at Account Manager Level 2) .
Candidate Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
Fresh graduates or candidates with fewer than 2 years of full-time work experience
Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong command of both Cantonese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently and manager responsibilities with minimal supervision
