Event Planning & Operations Intern

About Us

Cosford Container Park is one of Singapore's largest lifestyle and event destinations. We are looking for a passionate intern to support the planning ofa major gaming festival and esports event, while gaining hands-on experience in large-scale event management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Manager in overall project planning
• Prepare project timelines and meeting minutes
• Coordinate vendors and suppliers
• Track project progress and action items
• Assist in site planning and logistics
• Support event documentation and procurement
• Coordinate with internal departments
