• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or a related field. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or property management. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. 
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

1. Financial Recording & Reporting

• Record and categorize all income, operating expenses, and owner-related transactions accurately and promptly. 
• Maintain up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 
• Prepare monthly financial statements and revenue reports for property owners and internal stakeholders. 

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in accordance with company policies. 
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers. 
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. 

3. Owner Settlements & Commissions

• Calculate and process owner payouts, management fees, service charges, and commissions. 
• Coordinate monthly owner settlement cycles and ensure accurate reporting. 

4. Reconciliation & Issue Resolution

• Reconcile bank transactions with Airbnb and other OTA platform payouts. 
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, and posting errors. 

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain organized financial records for audits and internal reviews. 
• Assist with tax submissions, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. 

6. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies. 
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for new property acquisitions and business expansion.
