Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

Experience in research or data analysis preferred

Knowledge in Excel and SQL is a must, and programming language (e.g., Python, VBA) is highly desirable

Proven English proficiency

Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and good report writing skills

Willing to work overtime and on weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities

Conduct analyses for Hong Kong residential property market, perform site visit and compile timely reports

Maintain and enrich in-house database, including data collection from different sources and off-site work

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
