Code 5 Groups (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Operations & Content Creator Executive to support the daily operations of our 7 barber shop branches across Negeri Sembilan while growing our brand through social media and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations

• Visit all 7 Code 5 branches across Negeri Sembilan according to the assigned schedule.
• Ensure branch cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Conduct stock checks and inventory updates.
• Report maintenance and operational issues to management.
• Submit branch inspection reports with photos.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
• Record haircut transformations, customer experiences, promotions, and behind the scenes videos.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Edit content using CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Google Business Profile

• Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google Reviews.
• Monitor Google Reviews for all Code 5 branches.
• Reply professionally to all customer reviews.
• Update Google Business Profiles with photos, promotions, and business information.
• Help improve each branch's online reputation and Google ratings.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly reports on branch visits, stock levels, operational issues, marketing activities, and customer feedback.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch operations, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Google Business Profile.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between branches in Negeri Sembilan.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Responsible, proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required (with replacement off day according to company policy, if applicable).

Travel is required to all 7 Code 5 branches within Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
