• Handle Credit Note processing for Asia Pacific region
• Assist in month end closing by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests
• Perform monthly analytical review of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
• Create, maintain, and manipulate large MS Excel data models
• Perform other duties that may be requested by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Detail oriented with superior critical thinking and analytical skills
• High proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP system is preferable
• Adept at working with large datasets in MS Excel heavy processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts
• Ability to deal well with ambiguity
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
