What you will do:

• Work closely with the Chef and the Food & Beverage Director to purchase the highest quality products at the lowest price           

• Ensure all purchase order requests are properly completed and approved

• Maintain accurate written food specifications and use them effectively for price quotations and receiving

• Assist the managers on coordinating and participating in all month end and quarterly inventories of food, beverage, operating equipment and supplies

• Assist the team on coordinating the annual operating equipment and supply requirements

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff

What you bring:

• High school education or equivalent experience

• Prefer 1 year experience in the related position with hotels or F&B industry

• Requires a working knowledge of purchasing procedures including purchase orders and inventory procedures

• Fluent in English and Cantonese language skills
