Responsibilities

Position Title

Executive Engineer, Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)

Reporting To

Manager, AMP & Reliability

Position Summary

To ensure the efficient and continuous updating of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) and its associated maintenance documentation for all operated aircraft, in compliance with all applicable CAAM regulations and company requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and produce the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Perform amendments to the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP), ensuring that all aspects and implications, including safety, airworthiness, and economic benefits, are thoroughly assessed prior to submission to the Head of Technical Services and CAAM for approval.
  • Liaise with relevant Engineering departments to ensure effective management and implementation of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).
  • Administer and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).
  • Liaise with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), aircraft manufacturers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), vendors, and other departments on matters related to the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).
  • Carry out any other tasks related to Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) activities as directed by the immediate superior.aircraft technical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with Malaysia Airlines (MAB), CAAM, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Years of Experience

  • Degree in engineering in related field with 0-2 years working experience OR
  • Appropriate Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) with 4 years working experience

Skill & Knowledge

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills and an ability to work proactively in a teamwork environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point); Knowledge in AMOS is helpful.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to gather information, analyse and make decisions.

Key Challenges

  • Understanding the overall concept of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant CAAM and Company requirements.
