Job Description – RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Blue Prism to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, testing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions while working with enterprise data platforms such as EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) and Data Lake. This role requires strong technical skills in automation, databases, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems including EDW and Data Lake environments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing RPA bots.
• Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor bot performance and provide production support.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain automation assets.

Mandatory Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in RPA development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Data Lake environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL programming and database development.
• Experience with .NET (C# / VB.NET).
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise application experience is an advantage.
• Blue Prism certification is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
