Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop.
• Introduce and promote products during livestreams.
• Engage with viewers and answer customer inquiries.
• Drive sales and achieve livestream KPIs.
• Prepare livestream content and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and promotions.
• Create short TikTok videos when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Experienced only
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is required, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Passionate about TikTok, e-commerce, and live selling.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
