Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support for network and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and connectivity problems.
• Assist in maintaining and configuring IT equipment and Microsoft-based tools.
• Support end-users with basic IT-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience in desktop support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and Microsoft tools.
• Familiar with PC, printer, and router hardware
• Must possess own transportation
