We seek driven individuals to join DSTA, where you will design, develop, integrate, test and operationalise capabilities with game changing technologies for national security.

Examples Include

• Developing new and improved armament systems to meet operational requirements for armament and explosives.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards for explosives within MINDEF ranges and facilities.
• Supporting Whole of Government (WoG) for the licensing of explosives and ranges.
• Overseeing the management and compliance with safety standards for armament and explosives throughout their lifecycle.
  
  

SCOPE OF WORK

You will work in a cross-disciplinary team of engineers with experienced mentors, and hone your knowledge of Ordnance to:

• Develop, test, and deliver game-changing engineering solutions
• Architect and integrate best-of-breed systems worldwide to deliver cohesive capabilities
• Experiment and evaluate new technologies for operationalisation
• Ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, safety and reliability
• Collaborate and co-develop technologies with leading organisations, companies and research institutions from both Singapore and internationally
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Innovative and willing to learn new skills and expand into exciting new tech domains
• Dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills; self-driven with a can-do spirit
• Willing to travel for overseas work trips
