Job Title: Sales Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Workplace Type: On-site 

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia 

Salary Range: RM 6,500 – RM 8,500 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Engineer to join our team, focused on developing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

-       Identify and develop new business opportunities and new customers

-       Visit and maintain regular communication with customers

-       Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions

-       Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients

-       Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

-       Provide after-sales service and support to existing customers

-       Work independently with a proactive, self-driven approach

Requirements:

-       Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree; Engineering background preferred

-       Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

-       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — no prior work experience required

-       Must possess own vehicle

-       Willing to be based at our office in Bayan Lepas, Penang

Ideal Candidate:

-       Passionate and a fast learner, able to quickly pick up technical knowledge in the semiconductor environment

-       Driven, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

-       Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

-       Target-oriented and results-driven

-       Comfortable with frequent travel (approx. 3 days per week within Malaysia)

-       Enjoys engaging with people across all levels in a variety of manufacturing environments
