JOB DESCIRPTIONS:

Work Order & Operations Management

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Outlet Managers
• Source and coordinate with specialized vendors to secure competitive, high quality repair quotations that align with company standards
• Compile and present comprehensive quotation packages for management apporval

Site & Project Execution

• Secure all necessary Permits-to -Work (PTW) and mall access
• Lead on-site monitoring during night-shift operations to ensure vendors adhere to technical specifications
• Provide critical support to the Project Team by overseeing specialized night-shift fit-out or renovation works as required

Technical "First Response" & Diagnostics

• Independently diagnose and resolve fundamental Mechanical & Electrical issues, including the replacement of minor components (e.g., lighting, transformers)
• Execute minior carpentry and furniture repairs to maintain store aesthetics
• Conduct initial site assessments to determine if a fault can be resolved in-house or requires escalation to an externel specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designs or equivalent
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
• Experience in retail project management will be an added advantage
• Well verse with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a face pace working environment
• Self-motivated and good communication skills
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
• Willing to work on weekends if necessary.
• Current location: Bukit Damansara. (but will move to Old Klang Road from Sep 2026 onwards.)
