Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting project delivery, and ensuring clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams. The Account Executive will assist with contract administration, maintain accurate records in CRM or project management systems, and collaborate with design and operations teams to align expectations and timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with Excel and Xero
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Australian GST is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivable & payable processing
• Coding within accounting systems
• Assist with monthly invoicing and aged debtor management
• Assist with payroll processing for Australian office
• Support cross-border intercompany transaction processing
• Financial analysis and reporting support
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
